Hi, I'm Mark!

I am a Christian and retired pastor.  The most important decision I ever made was to give my life to Jesus and then keep following Him wherever He leads.  Following Jesus is a lifelong learning process. He speaks to me from the Bible.  In it I discover who He is and what He expects of me.  I know more today about Him than I did when I first started following Him.  I also know more about what He wants me to do with my life and the resources He has given me, than I did at the beginning of my journey with Him. He warns me that this world and its present system is passing away and I would be wise to not store all my treasures here, but instead store them in heaven where I can enjoy them for eternity.  As a pastor for many years, I officiated many funeral services.  The reality of these services is that we live on this earth for a very short period of time.  During that short period of time, we must make every effort to live intentionally for God in every area of our life.  That is what good stewards do.  They know they are accountable to God for the money, gifts, talents, and influence He has given them in this life.  This is the reason I started Eternal Eyes, LLC., to help people answer the question, “How do I live out every area of my life with an eternal perspective?”  Christian martyr Jim Elliot wrote, “He is no fool who gives up what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose.” One of my greatest joys is to help others get to know Jesus and discover His plans and purposes for their life, thereby living their best life possible, the one God planned and purposed for them.
